Project Manager- Residential Construction

Job Description

Job Description

Lead the Job. Own the Outcome. Get Rewarded for Every Win.

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy seeing a job done right — and being the one who makes it happen? We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential construction jobs from start to finish and deliver a top-tier customer experience every time.

This isn't just another 9-to-5. It's a high-impact role where you're in the driver's seat, with endless opportunities to earn extra income by upselling on the job site. Whether it's materials, services, or product upgrades, you earn commission on everything you help grow.

Why You'll Want This Role

• Unlimited commission potential — earn 8% commission on any additional sales you add to the sold job, paid out at completion once payment is collected from the customer
• Get rewarded for great work — earn a $100 bonus for every five-star Google review and a $150 bonus for every video testimonial you collect from a customer
• You're in the driver's seat — real autonomy in how you run your day and your job sites
• Team-first, fast-paced culture — we work hard and win together
• Career growth opportunities — this role is a launchpad, not a ceiling
• Paid training and full support — you're never figuring it out alone

What You'll Do

• Review project details the evening before each job
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials

You'll Thrive Here If You're

• Experienced in construction or project management (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows experience a plus)
• A strong communicator and natural leader
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a single day
• Holding a valid driver's license, with a strong work ethic and reliability

Compensation & Benefits

• Unlimited commission — 8% on all additional sales added to the sold job
• $100 bonus for every five-star Google review from a customer
• $150 bonus for every video testimonial from a customer
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• PTO after 90 days
• Fast-track promotion opportunities
• Paid training and full support
