Middle-School Based Counselor

Children and Families First Delaware Inc is seeking a Middle-School Based Counselor to provide school-based behavioral health services to middle school students. In this role, you will offer individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans that support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. You will collaborate closely with school staff, families, and community partners to coordinate services, respond to crises, and connect students to needed resources. Working within a mission-driven, trauma-informed, and family-centered agency, you’ll join a supportive, inclusive team committed to equity and long-term family stability.
