We are growing and looking for a motivated, reliable Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team and support our Care Coordinators and caregiving team.

Position Overview:

Travel to client's homes assisting with initial home care setup, overview of care plans, and general wellness visits.

• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Must have a valid RN License in Massachusetts.
• Must have a clean background
• Must be reliable
• Must have a pleasant personality
