A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Correctional Registered Nurse. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. Registered Nurse Hours Can choose preferred shift 1st shift- 6:00 am to 2:30PM 2nd Shift : 2pm to 10:30pm 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6:30am 5x8 hour shiftsper week, includes every other weekend Registered Nurse Compensation The pay for this position is $55.00-60.00 an hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver nursing care to incarcerated individuals, including routine health assessments, triage, and emergency care. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with established protocols and medical orders. Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, medications, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate. Continuously monitor patient health, including vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatment, and maintain detailed, accurate medical records. Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and implement life‑saving interventions when necessary. Work closely with security staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and patients while respecting confidentiality and privacy. Perform intake screenings, assessments, and follow‑up care to ensure that inmates’ medical needs are promptly addressed.
