The main responsibility of the Sales Associate is to convert Range USA customers to buyers with sales that fulfill the desired experience.JOB DESCRIPTION:Commitment to the mission of Range USA by providing the easiest and best customer service in the USA.Provide outstanding customer service that is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering lasting relationships.Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill desired experience.Ensure our customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase.Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.Conduct range customer check-in in an efficient and friendly manner.Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer timeEnsure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental processUtilize radios to communicate with Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issuesAnswer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability.Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes.Remain up to date on new product and industry news.When acting as an ecommerce picker, the pickup dashboard must be checked every hour and any new orders should be picked.DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Possess the following core values:CuriousPassionateDo It RightServiceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years of customer service sales experience preferably within a specialty retail environment.Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and the ability to work with highly confidential information.Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be 21 years of age.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Extended periods of standing.Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Working at heights of up to 10’.NOTE: This job description may be changed or updated as necessary and is not inclusive of all the duties and responsibilities that may be expected to be performed. #J-18808-Ljbffr BRIDGETON RANGE OPERATIONS LLC
