In this role, you will provide enterprise-wide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools. You will identify and fix technical issues, support business-critical systems and end users, and work with multi-functional IT teams to ensure seamless operations. You'll also help monitor key technology environments, maintain system access, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge documentation Here's What We're Looking For High School Diploma required; Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience providing technical support, help desk services, or IT support within a corporate environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise software platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple support requests, and maintain detailed documentation. Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
