About the Position

Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Northeast Ohio

Start Date: October 23, 2026
Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of application
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active, no pending certifications accepted)
• NIHSS certification required
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from the specialty within the past 12 months
• Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety assessment during orientation
• Clean background check and license history (no open cases or license hits accepted)
