Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a full-time opportunity with strong long-term growth potential across supply chain, purchasing, forecasting, transportation, analytics, and sales.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
• Place, schedule, and monitor orders to support on-time material delivery.
• Manage open orders, supplier backlogs, shortages, and material expedites.
• Monitor Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and resolve issues before materials reach the warehouse.
• Review supplier requirements following MRP runs and address overordering or underordering.
• Partner with internal planning teams to communicate supplier updates and resolve supply concerns.
• Support product changes and new item implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier packaging, labeling, and overall efficiency.

What We Need From You

• 1–2 years of experience in supplier planning, material planning, procurement, supply chain, or another analytical role.
• Understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Experience working with MRP or similar planning systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but flexible based on experience.

*Recent graduates with relevant internship experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or a similar analytical function are encouraged to apply.

All-Star Skillset

• Automotive, manufacturing, or fastener industry experience.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Familiarity with AS400 and/or SAP.
• Exposure to purchasing, forecasting, supplier management, or material planning.
