Mall Kiosk Joy Creator- Seasonally Nov-Dec

Job Description

Job Description

Hey you. Yes, YOU.
The one who could sell sprinkles to a unicorn and still have energy to spare.
We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes, and we’re looking for a Sales Lead to help us spread cake joy from our mall kiosk. If you’re energetic, sales‑minded, and love the idea of serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion — keep reading, friend.
This isn’t a “stand behind the counter and wait” kind of job. This is a bring‑the‑party, hype‑the-brand, make‑the-sale kind of job.
You’ll Be:

• Representing the brand like a cake‑selling superstar — warm, confident, and unforgettable.
• Keeping track of kiosk happenings during your shifts: traffic flow, mall events, customer trends, and opportunities.
• Bringing big energy and a sales‑driven approach to every conversation — wedding orders, corporate gifting, birthday club signups, fundraising partnerships, and more.
• Up‑selling royalty — this is a SALES position. We’re not waiting for people to come to us; we’re initiating, engaging, and creating excitement.
• Standing, walking, moving, and grooving — this is an active role, and you’ll be on your feet.
• Selling cake and distributing samples as well as promotional materials while creating a positive, memorable brand experience.
• Educating customers about Nothing Bundt Cakes products, flavors, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
• Setting up displays, tables, and kiosk supplies with confidence and care.
• Transporting cakes and supplies as needed — you’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Working independently AND as part of a team depending on the day’s needs.
• Developing solutions autonomously when kiosk challenges arise.
• Staying calm under pressure and thriving during high‑volume days.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with anyone — you’re the spark that draws people in.

• Sales‑savvy with real experience — if you’ve crushed quotas, rocked retail, or thrived in a bonus‑driven environment, we want you.
• Driven — you like to win, and you don’t stop until you do.
• Energetic and outgoing — you’re the kind of person who can make conversation with anyone.
• Independent and resourceful — you can run the kiosk solo and solve problems on the fly.
• Team‑oriented — you collaborate well when working with bakery staff or kiosk partners.
• Reliable and responsible — you show up, follow through, and take pride in your work.
• Comfortable lifting and setting up kiosk/event supplies (tables, signage, product boxes, etc.).
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and peak mall hours — the mall is its own ecosystem, and you’re ready to thrive in it.

• Have experience with event sales, pop‑ups, or kiosks
• Love celebrating people’s milestones
• Can talk about cake with genuine enthusiasm
• Enjoy fast‑paced environments with constant customer interaction

• Fun, upbeat, celebratory atmosphere
• A brand people already adore (which makes selling way easier)
• Opportunities for bonuses and growth
• Employee discounts (yes, cake perks!)
• A supportive team that loves what they do
• The chance to be the face of our bakery inside the mall — a true brand ambassador

• Flexible shifts
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Additional hours during holidays and peak seasons
