Senior Director, Business Development

Responsibilities Drive enterprise-level growth for IQVIA’s Technology-Enabled Sales Organization (TESO) by developing and closing complex, integrated commercial solutions. Serve as a senior client partner to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Own the full business development lifecycle—from opportunity creation through deal close. Build executive-level relationships, shape client strategy, and position differentiated, outcome-driven solutions. Identify, shape, and close complex, multi-solution deals across IQVIA’s commercial portfolio. Lead the end-to-end sales process with strong pipeline discipline and deal quality focus. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expand client partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field 15+ years of business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership experience Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and CSO/contract sales models Proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders Ability to design integrated, cross-functional solutions in a matrixed environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset Experience leveraging data and insights to shape sales strategy and client value propositions #J-18808-Ljbffr
