Via Linda Behavioral Hospital , nestled in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ , is actively recruiting a full-time physician to join our dynamic team. We are a 120-bed facility, providing comprehensive mental health services for adults and adolescents in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. Specializing in treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients. This position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via Arizona BHLRP program.** Position Details Full-Time Role Choose between an Employed W-2 or Independent Contractor/1099 position. Job Title Adult or Adolescent Psychiatrist. Setting Primarily Inpatient; Outpatient program development opportunity available if interested. Consistent Work Schedule Monday to Friday, day shift. Minimal Call/Weekends Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week. What You'll Do Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow ups, and treatment team leadership. Caseload Inpatient caseload average of 13-15 patients per day. Compensation And Benefits Competitive Package Base salary compensation plus bonus earnings potential.
