Job TitleNeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.This is a hybrid position located in Benton, Arkansas. 3 days in office/2 at home (once fully trained). Salaried with full benefits. We are an open cabin/open campus that drives on interdisciplinary teamwork (many therapy options for creativity in this role).The Board Certified Behavior Analyst develops behavior plans, helps create programming, and provides staff training to ensure those therapeutic services are delivered to the participants.Essential Job FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:Works with supervisors in the development, implementation, maintenance, and generalization of behavioral changeMaintains the use of least restrictive treatment guidelines in the implementation of Behavioral TechniquesDirects program participant contact in effecting behavioral change, primarily in the area of activities of daily living, behavior management and social skillsProvides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment programming in the residence job site, and within the community on an individual or group basisSubmits weekly logs indicating objectives, strategies, and results obtainedConsults with staff, insurance providers, lawyers, service providers post-discharge, and family on treatment recommendations and progressParticipates in family education and therapy as neededParticipates in treatment planning with the trans-disciplinary team and attends pre-admission meetings as requested. Serves as a member on the rehabilitation team.Ensures evaluation, progress, and discharge reports on each program participant are provided in a timely mannerCompletes documentation for funding requirementsEnsures adherence to accreditation standards and ethics of confidentialityAssists in coordination of behavioral programming within all living settings, community settings, and school settings.Provides support to assigned teamTrains and consults with staff in behavioral techniquesPerforms other related duties and activities as requiredSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNone requiredMinimum Knowledge and Skills Required by the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job:Education and Experience:Master's Degree in psychology or related field requiredFive years of experience working with special populations in behavior management3+ years' experience with behavior analysis within an applied setting preferredCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations:Board Certification Behavior Analyst ("BCBA") requiredOther Requirements:Travel as neededPhysical Requirements:Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
