In this role, you’ll support our clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with agents and underwriters to provide excellent service and build lasting client relationships.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emailsAssist clients with policy inquiries, coverage options, billing questions, and claims processesProcess policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and paymentsMaintain accurate records in agency management systemsWork with agents to follow up on leads, cross-sell, and upsell insurance productsEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsResolve client concerns quickly and professionallyProvide support during audits and maintain documentationQualifications:Active insurance license (Property & Casualty)Minimum [1-2] years of customer service experience in an insurance settingStrong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management softwareDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceSimple IRA with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and licensing supportFriendly and supportive team environment
