Family Medicine Physician with Emergency Medicine Experience
Our organization is seeking a licensed and board-certified Family Medicine Physician in California, who possesses over 3,000 hours of experience in emergency medicine. This position can be offered as a full-time role with benefits or as a 1099 contract opportunity.
About UsWe operate a Safety-Net hospital and community clinic system that features a 27-bed emergency room, comprising 17 monitored and 10 non-monitored beds, serving more than 35,000 patients annually. As a teaching facility, we host an unopposed family medicine residency program focused on acute care. This is a remarkable chance to become part of our dedicated, close-knit team that is committed to delivering high-quality care within a safety-net framework while also mentoring the future generation of family practice physicians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in both emergency and outpatient settings.
- Participate in the training and education of residents.
- Collaborate with a team of physician-only providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Share night, weekend, and holiday coverage with fellow physicians.
- California medical license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of experience in emergency medicine.
