We're an established, privately owned dental practice looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated entry-level Registered Dental Assistant who's excited to learn, grow, and become an amazing part of our team.

No previous dental office experience? No problem!

We're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.

What You'll Learn & Do

With training and guidance, you'll learn to:

• Provide four-handed chairside assistance.

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.

• Assist with restorative and general dental procedures.

• Take quality dental radiographs.

• Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures.

• Keep treatment rooms organized and ready for patients.

• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Work efficiently and confidently alongside our clinical team.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Texas RDA registration.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and take initiative.

Bonus Points For:

• Recent dental assisting school completion.

• Coronal Polishing Certification.

• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification.

• Familiarity with Open Dental.

• Any previous dental office or patient care experience.

No chairside experience required!
