Account Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an Account Manager to manage the pre-sale planning process from RFP through deal handoff. This role partners closely with Sales to build strategic media plans, detailed impression forecasts, and sponsorship/activation packages. This is a fast-paced, growing team with a high volume of RFPs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with publisher media planning or ad tech experience who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. What You'll Do Media Planning & Proposal Development Develop a high volume of RFP-specific proposals using internal and external templates. Manage time effectively to ensure proposal deadlines and internal due dates are consistently met. Pull inventory avails and recommend ad placements and targeting strategies by DMA, venue, or other audience criteria. Create client-facing heat maps to illustrate media targeting recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Venue teams to develop compelling sponsorship opportunities. Assist in the creation of mocks and client presentations. Enter proposed deals into the sponsorship tracker. Partner with Sales and the Planning Director to implement packaging and pricing strategies based on established rate cards and guidelines. Identify opportunities to improve pre-sale workflows and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Partnership Processing of IO Once a deal is sold, enter order details into the tracking system to facilitate a seamless handoff to Campaign Management / Ad Operations for execution and delivery. Complete internal sponsorship kickoff documentation and coordinate transition meetings between pre-sale and post-sale teams, including timelines, assets, reporting requirements, and change requests. Enter in POP request, join weekly pacing, and assist that POPs are captured Work with Campaign Manager to setup weekly/monthly client specific reporting. Manage creative swaps in post-sale with Operations What We're Looking For Experience 3+ years of experience in digital publisher operations or ad tech platform (DOOH experience a plus) Hands-on experience creating client proposals in high-volume environments Experience with supporting multiple Sales Reps Nice to Have Experience in DOOH Background in high-growth media or ad tech environments Familiarity with platforms such as Vistar, Broadsign, and Place Exchange Who You Are You're a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines at once. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000- $100,000 , commensurate with experience.
