This opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer service or contact center experience who enjoy solving problems, delivering exceptional client support, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from brokerage clients and provide exceptional support

Assist clients with brokerage accounts, cash management services, online account access, and mobile app support

Research and resolve client questions accurately and efficiently

Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of service

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

???? Pay Range: $21.00/$22.00 per hour

Qualifications:

? Customer service or contact center experience preferred

? Bachelor's degree preferred

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills

? Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

? Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

? Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset

? Interest in financial services, banking, or brokerage support
