Wholesale Manager Responsibilities: Build, lead, execute ROKA’s wholesale strategy to drive channel growth and profitability Identify and secure new wholesale accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers Own revenue targets and forecasting for the wholesale channel Work cross functionally with multiple departments to ensure product availability and flawless product delivery Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve account success Oversee existing B2B accounts; refining current processes and strategies Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Must Haves Proven experience in wholesale management (10+ years), with a track record of success in driving sales growth and managing customer relationships Experience in, and deep understanding of, the eyewear industry Knowledge of wholesale industry trends, competitors, and best practices Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Proven track record in building and refining processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and business acumen Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Existing buyer relationships are a major plus Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) Work Location ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department’s business needs. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Occasional travel may be required.
