Coil Winder – Electrical Manufacturing

Balance Staffing is hiring Coil Winders for a growing electrical manufacturing company producing precision power and transformer components. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, wiring, soldering, or coil winding experience who enjoy detailed hands-on work in a production environment.

Pay:
$18.00 – $21.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up winding machines according to production specifications

• Read wiring diagrams, production sheets, and assembly instructions

• Wind wires and assemble electrical coil components

• Solder terminals to magnet wire

• Calibrate turns counters and test coils for quality

• Inspect products for exposed wires or defects

• Perform cleaning and final assembly tasks on finished products

• Install hardware and apply labels as required

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing, assembly, coil winding, wiring, or soldering experience preferred

• Ability to read work instructions and production specifications

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required

• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components

• Ability to work independently and maintain production quality standards
