Temporary C&G Intake Coordinator

Managing case intake processes remotely, the full-time Temporary Member Complaints and Grievances Intake Coordinator will ensure accurate data entry and classification in the C&G information system while responding to member inquiries and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities: Conduct case intake for complaints and appeals, entering new cases into the C&G information system Classify member complaints based on business lines and regulatory standards, ensuring thorough investigation and response Organize and maintain C&G data files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements Required qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required Two years of work experience in claims or customer service required Five years of managed care or health insurance experience preferred Proficiency in typing and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of managed care principles
