Transit Legal Counsel — Deputy General Counsel & Governance Lead
City of Plant City
South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Deputy General Counsel. Under the General Counsel, you will advise the Governing Board and Executive Director on governance, procurement, and regulatory matters, and oversee outside counsel in litigation and related work.
Essential duties include drafting legal opinions, coordinating with FDOT, and supporting risk management, real estate, and contract administration across the agency.
