Retail Store Manager

Responsible for establishing consistent and compliant operations by maintaining company policies and procedures. Support team members with a hands‑on management style, ensuring team members are well trained. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years or older. 2-3 years of related retail experience. Demonstrate ability to resolve conflict by addressing root cause issues. Experience with food handling. Help with hiring, training, and supervision of team members to execute daily tasks. Create team member schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust schedules to accommodate employees when possible. Ability to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints or supply shortages. Organize and upkeep status of inventory supply and controls. Ensure shelves are fully stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Conduct daily/monthly accounting reports. Assists with day‑to‑day operation of the station including cash registers, cleaning etc. Must have the ability to work holidays, nights and weekends. Oversee daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.
