Job Title: Eyelash Extension Artist Location: Cramerton / Gastonia Company: We are an exclusive Boutique Esthetics Lounge. Position Summary: We seek talented Eyelash Extension Artists to join our team of skilled stylists. In this role you will showcase your expertise in creating beautiful and natural‑looking eyelash extensions by working closely with clients to understand their desired looks and preferences and then applying eyelash extensions with precision and care. Responsibilities Consult with clients to determine their desired eyelash extension style and length. Apply eyelash extensions using safe and hygienic techniques. Ensure that eyelash extensions are applied with precision and attention to detail. Educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extension application. Qualifications 1 year previous experience as an Eyelash Extension Artist with proof of said experience. IMPORTANT NOTE: The job listing has a minimum requirement listed for experience; however, we will also accept references from teachers, mentors, apprenticeships, etc. Anyone who is interested and passionate should apply! Strong attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful, natural‑looking eyelash extensions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple client appointments. Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices related to eyelash extension application. A valid cosmetology or esthetician license in NC. Employment Type: Full‑time or part‑time options are available. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are absolute. Please check our store hours. Saturdays 9‑3. Start Date: We are eager to start the right candidate immediately.
