Review and interpret commercial leases and related legal documents
Imput lease data into Yardi
Manage property and tenant insurance compliance
Coordinate and administer insurance claims
Review and maintain COIs to ensure compliance with lease requirements
Ensure lease obligations are properly tracked
Obtain insurance quotes from brokers
Experience with Yardi Voyager a major plus
