With locations in Collingswood and Moorestown, NJ, we offer both in-person and telehealth services. Requirements:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC or LSW
• One year post graduate experience preferred
• Ability to work 25-35 hours per week
• Experience providing individual therapy to adult
• Experience providing therapy to children and couples/family preferred
• Able to work a minimum of two evenings per week (three nights preferred)
• Ability to consistently complete clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and client communication
• Ability to utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for fee collection, client file maintenance, and scheduling
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate on-site and telehealth counseling services to clients as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies
• Respond to client requests for service or calls within 24 hours, whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the company website.
• Evaluate and deliver services to such patients by meeting with them.
• Communicate with a client's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary while following all HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate with manager and leadership staff in a timely manner and as necessary
• Complete all documentation within 48 hours of each session, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, contact notes, and any additional forms or documentation required by the practice or third parties related to the care of individuals served. Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date records in accordance with practice standards and professional guidelines.
