Lead, Direct Care Workforce Development
National Council on Aging
The Lead, Direct Care Workforce Development at the National Council on Aging (NCOA) will design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that strengthen the direct care workforce serving adults 60+. This role will lead training and capacity‑building programs for community partners, develop evidence‑based curricula, and manage grants and partnerships that advance quality care for older adults. The Lead will analyze workforce data, recommend policy and program improvements, and collaborate across NCOA teams to drive measurable outcomes. This position champions NCOA’s values of respect, inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of healthy aging.
