Job Overview Traveling Physical Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners. Provide care to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a home health setting. Work in Kennewick, WA. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy services to patients to support recovery and chronic condition management. Work independently at patients’ homes in a home health environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
