Lead UX DesignerWe are actively seeking a UX Professional (Architect/Designer) — Payments Experience to help design and architect intuitive payment experiences that directly impact millions of users. With over 1,500 locations across 44 states and a mission unchanged for over 100 years, this organization does the right thing — every day.Required Skills & Experience7+ years in Product Design or related fields7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teamsProven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authorityExperience in Agile and Kanban delivery modelsExperience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteriaExperience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generationDesired Skills & ExperienceMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline10+ years of experience preferredExtensive experience with ServiceNow Service MappingServiceNow Developer Certification highly desiredWhat You Will Be Doing100% Hands OnDaily ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end UX experiences for payments products used by millions of customersCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, content and research teamsWrite user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needsInfluence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settingsLeverage AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate insight generationDefine and own the UX vision across the payments experienceBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental BenefitsVision BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Match?
