We take the time to listen, develop meaningful relationships, and provide a level of personal attention that is increasingly rare in healthcare.We are looking for a Clinical Manager who shares that philosophy and takes genuine pride in making patients feel known, cared for, and valued.The OpportunityThe Clinical Manager will be both a hands-on clinical professional and a key member of the practice's day-to-day operations.You will work closely with patients, physicians, and the clinical team while helping ensure that the practice runs smoothly and that our high standard of patient care is maintained every day.This is a role for someone who can confidently move between drawing blood, rooming patients, answering a patient's medication question, supporting the medical assistants, and helping keep the office running efficiently.What You'll DoClinical & Patient CareRoom patients and prepare them for visitsDraw blood and perform other clinical duties within your scopeDevelop strong, trusting relationships with patientsServe as a primary point of contact for patient questions and needsHandle medication refill requests and general patient inquiriesHelp create a warm, welcoming, highly personalized patient experiencePractice OperationsHelp oversee the day-to-day operation of the officeOrder and maintain clinical and office suppliesAssist with payroll and other administrative responsibilitiesSupervise and support one Medical Assistant, with the potential for the team to grow to twoHelp ensure clinical workflows are organized, efficient, and consistentStep in wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothlyWho We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is clinically strong, emotionally intelligent, organized, and genuinely kind. You may be an experienced Medical Assistant, Lead Medical Assistant, or Clinical Coordinator, who is ready to take on a broader role.Most importantly, you are someone who:Has excellent clinical skillsHas exceptional people and communication skillsNaturally builds rapport and trust with patientsIs warm, approachable, and positiveCan multitask without becoming overwhelmedHas good judgment and strong diplomacyIs highly organized and dependableHas a strong work ethic and takes ownershipKnows how to support and guide other Medical Assistants without being perceived as "the boss"Is comfortable being hands-on and jumping in wherever neededUnderstands that exceptional patient service is part of exceptional healthcareHas demonstrated stability in previous positions and is looking for a long-term homeSchedule & CompensationFull-time, salaried positionApproximately $70,000 annuallyStandard office hours are approximately 9:00 AM–4:30 PMCandidates must have some availability beyond standard office hours and be comfortable being on-call by phone for patient needsAnticipated start date: OctoberLocationThe practice is located in Boca Raton, Florida.
