Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. Minimum Requirements Licensed OTR or PT in Wisconsin. Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility preferred. Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree. Active state license required to start. Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care across short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings. Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies. Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture. Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy.
