Staff Total Rewards Analyst
We're looking for a Staff Total Rewards Analyst to join Procore's People team. In this role, you'll own and optimize the systems that power our compensation and total rewards strategy while supporting high-impact, data-driven initiatives. Your primary goal is to ensure our total rewards programs are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
As a Staff Total Rewards Analyst, you'll partner with stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT to drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives. Use your analytical expertise, systems knowledge, and process optimization skills to enhance data integrity, automate workflows, and influence decision-making. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape how we scale total rewards globally—join us and make an impact.
This position reports into the Senior Manager of Global Total Rewards Programs and will be based in our Austin office (or remotely within an approved location). We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You'll Do:
- Own and maintain compensation data integrity across HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Support cyclical compensation planning processes and ensure accurate system execution.
- Identify inefficiencies in compensation workflows and implement automated solutions to improve scalability.
- Lead the compensation workstream for M&A activities, including due diligence and system integration.
- Drive the operational rollout of total rewards initiatives and ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop frameworks to measure success and impact of compensation programs and projects.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive practices to ensure programs remain compliant and competitive.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align compensation strategies with broader business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
- Experience with Workday (Global Benefits/Advanced Compensation) or similar systems.
- Proven ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through data and insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to executive compensation, M&A integration, or global matrixed organizations considered a plus.
