Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through thorough washing and sanitizing processes
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking processes, or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process payments efficiently at the cashier station
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
Support catering or special event needs by preparing large quantities of food as required
Serve meals promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction from order to delivery

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is highly desirable
Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience with menu planning, fine dining service, or catering operations is advantageous
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
