Position Summary : The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of the community’s common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents and visitors. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner, but not limited to, the following functions:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
• Maintaining cleanliness of amenity spaces such as fitness centers, leasing offices, and clubrooms
• Trash collection and groundskeeping support as needed
• Light maintenance tasks as needed
• Responding to work orders or cleaning requests from management
• Ensuring the community meets cleanliness and safety standards
• Ensure that all vacant apartments are properly cleaned and turned for incoming residents

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift/move up to 25–50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
