Sr. Hardware Engineer

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Hardware Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of cutting-edge server hardware. You will be responsible for creating schematics, defining hardware architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and customizing solutions to meet specific customer needs. We deliver and deploy robust, performance-optimized, purpose-built platforms to major data centers around the globe. Responsibilities Design and develop innovative server hardware solutions. Create detailed schematics and documentation for computer equipment. Difine hardware architecture in collaboration with the Aivres design team. Cooperate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Modify and customize hardware designs based on customer requirements. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns. Conduct and oversee hardware testing procedures to ensure quality and performance. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development. Strong understanding of server hardware and related technologies. Proficiency in using hardware design software(Concept prefer), oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred Prior experience in server development is highly desirable. Competitive salary and benefits package.
