Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you'll help elderly individuals and those with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

You'll provide support with:

• Personal care and bathing
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Running errands
• Assistance with daily activities
• Companionship and general support

What You'll Bring

• A mature, dependable, and caring attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance
• Ability to pass required OSBI screening
• CNA/CHHA certification is a plus, but not required
• No previous experience required - we will train the right person!
