Total Talent Solutions is now hiring for a Shipping Associate. Location: Columbia, SC. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour. Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday Friday | 8 AM 4:30 PM.

This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

Job Duties

• Be responsible for fulfilling daily orders, receiving, packing, scheduling, and shipping orders
• Scanning barcodes
• Collaborating with other employees/departments to resolve any shipping/receiving issues
• Using a variety of hand/power tools
• Following detailed instructions, processes, and procedures
• Processing FedEx and UPS small package shipments
• Unloading shipments from trucks using a pallet jack or forklift
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Other general laborer tasks as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of basic mechanics and machine testing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required
