Employee Relations Manager

Employee Relations ManagerInsight Global is looking to hire an Employee Relations Manager in [Location]. This individual will manage a high-volume caseload of employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, employee complaints, misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations. They will conduct investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing employees, documenting findings, assessing risk, and providing recommendations. The Employee Relations Manager will partner with leaders on corrective actions, coaching plans, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. They will also identify trends, support process improvements, collaborate with HR and legal teams on complex matters, and serve as a resource for employee relations guidance across a workforce of approximately 600 employees. This is a fully onsite position, and the compensation range is $40-50/hr.
