Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer, LLP—a highly regarded civil litigation defense firm with five decades of legal excellence—is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with up to three years of relevant experience to join our Blue Bell office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to handle a diverse caseload, gain hands-on litigation experience, and grow within a collaborative, well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Represent clients in court at hearings, conferences, and trials
• Maintain regular communication with clients, including insurance carriers, and provide strategic legal counsel
• Effectively manage case files and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ABA-approved law school with a J.D.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA/NJ dual license preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage a varied and independent caseload
