Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY.
Compensation & Benefits
Base rate of $28-$30 per hour
- 0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights
- 5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
Administer medications and injections as needed
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
Qualifications
Must be able to work as a team member
Valid New York State LPN license
In good standing with the State Registry
