Job Summary:
Seeking a Radiology Technologist for weekend day shifts qualified to perform X-ray and CT procedures in an emergency and inpatient setting. The role involves working within a primary stroke center and floating to other units as needed, ensuring high-quality imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray and CT scans in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with off-site radiologists during readings and communicate effectively using secure paging systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including ARRT and SC Radiology licensing.
• Assist in patient transport and management to facilitate smooth workflow and timely imaging services.
• Float to other departments or campuses while demonstrating documented competencies and qualifications.
• Complete required modules and pre-assignment testing within 48 hours of onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Hold active ARRT R and ARRT CT certificates, with a valid SC Radiology license.
• Possess at least one year of recent EPIC EMR experience and two years of radiology technologist experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing X-ray and CT procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain current BLS certification and be able to work weekend shifts consistently.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
