Active 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 Florida Property and Casualty license. Minimum of 3-5 years of agency or relevant insurance experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Advanced customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Applied Epic experience is a plus. Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of personal insurance business and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and service needs. Recommend appropriate coverage options, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and other policy modifications based on identified needs and client preferences. Explain coverage, policy provisions, exclusions, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and other relevant insurance considerations in a clear and understandable manner. Review renewal terms and identify changes in premiums, coverage, underwriting requirements, or client circumstances. Communicate renewal option and recommendations to clients and coordinate timely completion of renewal activities. Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates or evidence of insurance, billing inquiries, cancellations, reinstatements, and other routine account servicing activities as appropriate. Identify opportunities to retain and grow the assigned book of business through account rounding, cross-selling, and additional lines of insurance.
