Travel Perioperative RN OR Circulator - $2,824 per week

Job Description & Requirements Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN OR Circulate for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah. Specialty: OR Circulate Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel PERIOPERATIVE RN Anticipated schedule: Weekdays. Requires rotating on call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum Requirements Current, unencumbered RN licensure in Utah or compact state Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current BLS certification; current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire Available to take on average 7-9 days of call per month with 20 minute response time to hospital and shift is Monday-Friday 5x8's Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions A great team player with excellent communication skills including oral, written, and listening Cool tempered with emotional and physical stamina and the ability to respond effectively in stressful situations with changing circumstances Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of surgical operation procedures is a bonus Prior experience in pre-op and/or PACU Be skilled in Pre-op, PACU, and Circulating all General, Ortho, & O.B. cases (C-sections!!) Be available to help in TRAUMA cases in the E.R.
