Overview


A busy restaurant and bar is seeking reliable, customer-focused team members to join our staff. We are hiring Servers, Line Cooks, and Bartenders to provide excellent guest experiences and support daily operations.

Server

Position Summary


Servers are responsible for creating a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Process payments and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

• Hourly wage plus tips.

Line Cook

Position Summary


Line Cooks prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to specifications.
• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Set up and stock workstations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage plus tip-sharing opportunities where applicable.

Bartender

Position Summary


Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes.
• Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Engage with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
