This trauma facility in Florida provides cardiothoracic surgical services across inpatient, operating room, and emergency room settings. The medical center maintains established clinical infrastructure and protocols to support quality patient care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period. Travel and lodging are covered for clinicians on assignment.

Year-round outdoor activities and regional attractions provide clinicians on assignment with options for leisure throughout their stay.

Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient, OR, and ER settings on a day shift basis, with call coverage required as a condition of this assignment. Clinical responsibilities include full scope cardiothoracic surgery, first assisting, ICU management, rounding responsibilities, and consults. This is an on-site assignment, and prescriptive authority is required for consideration.
