EmpathyHands HomeCare is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Caregiver/CNA to join our growing team in SANTA CLARITA, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Monitor and record client health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification or verifiable experience as a professional caregiver
• Previous home care, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong understanding of personal care techniques and patient safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
