Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Assessment: Monitor patient conditions, implement timely interventions, and provide expert wound care.
Medication Management: Transcribe physician orders to MARs, coordinate with the pharmacy, and safely administer medications.
Precise Documentation: Meticulously document daily patient care, observations, and treatment responses in compliance with clinical standards.
Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized, person-centered care plans.
Communication & Support: Educate residents and families regarding care plans while adhering to all facility safety policies.
Qualifications
An active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.

Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records.
