About You 3 to 5 years of title experience for Pennsylvania or New Jersey Strong customer service background Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment Job Summary As a Closing Coordinator, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. Responsibilities Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement. Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers. Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process. Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.
