Senior Program Manager - Manufacturing Transformation

Senior Program Manager leading complex capacity expansion and manufacturing transformation initiatives at a global medical device company. The role oversees cross-functional teams managing strategic capital investments, technology transfers, and operational readiness from concept through commercialization in a Salt Lake City–based position.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams planning and executing capacity expansion and capital investment initiatives
• Develop integrated project plans, resource forecasts, budgets, and executive status reports
• Drive end-to-end program execution from concept through equipment qualification and production readiness
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, supply continuity concerns, and execution barriers
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning, and line management for ongoing projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years
• Program or portfolio management experience in operations, engineering, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels
• Project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification (preferred)
