Job Summary Position Summary Technician providing ECHO cardiograms. Schedules, prepares, administers and reports interpretations of Echocardiograms, M-mode, 2-dimensional, Doppler, color flow mapping, transesophageal imaging, Stress ECHO and assists Cardiologist. Responsibilities Assesses patient data and formulates plan of intervention Assists with transesophageal echocardiograms Evaluates and calculates echocardiogram raw data and scores, calculates the raw data, and presents it in an appropriate manner Performs Echocardiographic studies: 2-D, M-Mode, Doppler. Qualifications Special Skills: Ability to recognize cardiac diseases during imaging with proficiency in cardiac measurements. Excellent customer service skills. Minimum Requirements: Education: Graduate of an approved ARDMS school. Certifications: Echocardiographic Technician Certification, CPR. Preferred Requirements: Experience: Echocardiographic Technician under the supervision of a Certified Technician and a Cardiologist.
