Industry/SectorNot ApplicableSpecialismData, Analytics & AIManagement LevelManagerJob Description & SummaryThe OpportunityAs a Gemini Tech Lead you will lead client-facing generative AI and data modernization efforts within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, guiding solution design, delivery planning, and technical decision-making for engagements that blend cloud engineering, data, and AI capabilities. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior staff, manage project workstreams, and bring a disciplined approach to planning, execution, and issue resolution while using judgment to balance client needs, team development, and delivery timelines. In this role at PwC, you will help shape how Gemini and other generative AI capabilities are applied to modernize data platforms, coordinate across multidisciplinary contributors, and translate technical concepts into practical deliverables that support client priorities.Responsibilities- Leading generative AI technical workstreams for client-facing data modernization initiatives- Guiding teams in prompt design, context engineering, and agent orchestration for production use cases- Building and tuning solutions using LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and guardrails- Evaluating model outputs with structured testing, scenario design, and performance analysis- Directing implementation of Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Services based solutions- Developing Python-based prototypes and workflow automation to accelerate delivery timelines- Reviewing solution architecture across LLMOps, conversational programming, and AI-powered contact center use cases- Coaching team members on generative AI methods, delivery planning, and technical problem solving- Identifying opportunities to apply machine learning, natural language processing, and digital tooling to client challenges- Managing work plans, deliverables, and issue tracking across multiple engagement streamsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Leading generative AI delivery for client engagement workstreams- Guiding teams using Gemini, Vertex AI, and LangChain- Applying prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and guardrails- Demonstrating LLMOps, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases- Using Python, machine learning, and NLP in delivery- Mentoring teams through AI fluency and agile deliveryTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
